Greatly enjoyed its lovely staff.
Hotel's location was great and brilliant, close to a shop. The room was new-fashioned and neat with a shower, a hair dryer, and fresh towels in the private bathroom.

The location was very central in Surfers Paradise. 2 min walk to the beach. Shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants all close by. The apartment was very clean
The decor was quite dated, and reception only opens between 9am and 5pm, mon to sat and until 12 noon on sun and bank holidays. This makes it difficult to get the pool cues and table tennis equipment to play in the evening We stayed for 17 nights and the sheets and towels were changed only once

I stayed in a spacious, fully-equipped room with a comfortable bed, an iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and a TV set.

it was quit,relax,good swimming pools , near to shops and beach
the room that was booked for us at first was not good ,it was on top floor ,,,,,,,later on when i talked to hotel staff they immediately act and they toke a good care of us

It was close to where I had to attend a conference.
Reception closed early and for people coming in on late flights, it was a lot of messing around to get in and get keys to the room.

We had a great time during our 5-night stay. Though we were in a bit of a rush, everything was really nice. the pool was lovely, and the staff was super friendly and welcoming. 😊.
